Do you TRUST GOD?  Can you UNDERSTAND His Word?  Is your faith ALMOST THE SIZE OF A MUSTARD SEED?  If you are "almost there, then explain to me WHEN DOES GOD FULFILL "the Question"??

At what point does Creator and Father-God KEEP HIS WORD in Psalms 65:4??  Even a dumb fool can take a HINT!  Is it not when each person takes his last breath??

Isaiah 35:8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
